Answer V3 call with speakerphone?

Anyone know if there is a way to answer a call directly to speakerphone on the razr v3?

Right now, it takes 3-5 seconds to get to speakerphone on an incoming call which inevitably ends up chopping off the beginning of the conversation.

There is no speakerphone option in the P2K Tools "key map" menu, nor can I find any known SEEM edits to enable such a feature.

Any help would be appreciated since the speakerphone is pretty much useless as a car handsfree device if you have to fumble around with multiple key pushes to activate it.

as soon as you place a call or the phone starts to ring on an incoming call, the right softkey should become "speaker" so you can answer directly to it.

This is true for outgoing calls that I place, but not for incoming calls. The speaker softkey does not appear until after the call is picked up...instead it is an "ignore" key, which I have hit numerous times thinking it would be "speaker".

I forgot to mention that this is taking place while the phone is open...I have it in a car mount and it stays open all the time. So when it rings, I am not opening the phone to answer it.

yeah - my mistake working from memory! when the phone rings, the soft keys become answer or ignore, so you do have to hit two keys - answer and speaker, but you should be able to do it quickly. hit the left softkey to answer and the right one should become speaker within a second. i guess that's why we use headsets or in car bluetooth systems.
