Dash Device lock?

I got got my new dash unlocked on Rogers, and it works great! Once thing has popped up though. When I don't use it for a while or when i hook it up to activesync, it promps me for a password. I'd like to disable the password. I can't find an option to disable it in the password settings on the option menu. Can anyone help?
