My v3 will not allow me to text to an email address. I have spoken to customer care 3 times & they keep sending browser messages that are supposed to have fixed it but it still will not work. Also, any clue as to why the phone allows you to store email addresses in the phonebook, but doesn't allow these email addresses as options when you are texting? One cc person said I may have to use the method of actually typing the entire email address into the body of the message & send the message to "500" in order it make it go through. That did work once, but are you kidding?? having to type an entire email address just to send a quick text is ridiculous/ Even my crappy Nokia Shorty from Virgin Mobile would allow texting to email. Can anyone help? maybe a settings issue? thanks so much to anyone who can help..
