HT820 Headphones crashes my V3x

Hello,
Just got my HT820 Stereo Bluetooth and it sounds great playing mp3. The problem is the if somebody calls me while I'm listing to mp3 the phone crashes
and reboots. It also works great as my phone headset but not together.
Any ideas?
