Ok, so my new w810i is extremely ghetto, and after having taken it off of the usb connected to my computer to delete a few songs on it, the screen went black, then rebooted I guess? Then it would flash white, then black...etc. It seems to keep trying to boot up, but once the white screen comes on it reboots to the black over and over. I had a previous post asking if anyone knew what it was, but obviously it's no good. What I AM wondering is if flashing it through PhoneXS would have any positive effect on it do you think? I mean, it really can't stay on, so I doubt it will even start, but I'm not quite exactly sure how flashing works.
In any case, does it sound like this is something a good flashing can fix? And if so, and it fails due to repetitive rebooting, then is it noticeable if I ship it back labeling it as a "defect"? Thanks!

aww, thanks so much!! So it's ok that it can't keep a steady connection w/ my computer because it keeps rebooting? Or am I sposed to turn the phone off before I do it? Really, thanks ALOT, and I'll thoroughly read the tutorials now.
Is there any way to avoid this white screen of death?
