color scroll ball on pearl?

i have a pearl with t-mobile and some one told my that the scroll ball can change colors when you have an incoming call! i called t-mobile and they told me that is true but could not help me find the setting to make this happen. i have looked every where and can't figure this out. does anyone know how to make this happen?
