6 weeks later. Thoughts TyTn

I like the TyTn very much, but I have to admit that in the US and on T mobile, it really isn’t worth the money. I had the MDA and I can’t notice any better speeds etc......The Camera is a little better...but I don’t use it anyway.
While in Whistler Canada over Xmas, I could receive email but not send and it is getting considerably slower every day. I have not loaded it up with other software. I am constantly resetting it. I have a 2 gig memory card installed, but I can’t get it out???

Over all, nice toy, but in my opinion after owning it for a while, not really worth the money......

One sentence per week of ownership? Thanks for the full hands-on

I can fluff it up for you Kyle, but thats my opinion so far.

I too was debating whether to move up from the K-Jam to the TyTyn but I have the same thoughts. I'm going to wait and save up for a unit with built in GPS/Wifi. And Florida Phil, how was Whistler? I see they received a lot of snow so far. I miss skiing that mountain.

...and when tmobile releases 3g with a 1700mhz 3g Tytn, all of our minds will change....*sigh*

To cold to enjoy the Skiing.......I would not go again. Unless they change their silly bylaws and sort the place out, the Olympics in 3 years will be a joke.

I bet you will see a change once they release the TyTN for VZW as it probably has a ROM update. I could be wrong but don't lose hope. When the XV6700 came out, the first firmware update for it fixed a lot of bugs.
