question about red lines on wallpaper

i just got the lg vx8300 and the one thing that bothers me the most about it is the two red lines bordering the wallpaper on the display. is there any way to disable these or am i stuck with them. thanks dave

get the 8600 cuz ther enot there its just black looks way nicer with the green bars and what not but you cant delete them but you can change them from red to blue and green i belive its just in the display menu then probly under themes
