while flashing to a new firmware and something happens and it screws up can u fix it by flashing it again cus i dont want to flash if u cant and can i use phonexs to flash and unbrand my phone will i get different cam and acoustic drivers then what i got now when i flash im looking for default help thanks

tried flashing phone wanted the sound to be abit louder and wanted to try teh camera drivers. my phone gets stuck at waiting for disconnect after like 1 and a half hours and gets into the usb transfer mode. I tried this about 4 times now i need HELP! i cannot get past that so i unplugged it start says configuration error contact ur service...... could u help me plz i used fungie cheese flash files red . basically teh files on ur first post in this thread. i got a rogers w810i it was unbranded but not unlocked by a store for me. i would greatly appreciate it if you coudl help me out. ( btw is it possible if i just do teh seuse update woudl taht at least make my phone usable till i use ur phonexs pack.???) lemme know asap im waiting to get my phoen back up and running . btw i used usa2 i need it for use in toronto canada

update ur usb driver the file is in one of the treads floating around and then uninstall the sony ericsson pc suit and dics to phone i had the same problem when i did that everything worked fine after

hehe womsethgin went wrong shouldnt of turned on. i had same problem. i tried fungied cheeses 2nd pack his new one. and chose america 2 the first one on the list as cda and it finally worked got past that waiting for diconnect and suddenly goes into usb tranfer mode lighted up. so try the new pack and choose first usa2. i was frantically looking for a solution just as you are rite now. but after 3 tries on 4th with new pack it worked yay!. and it took me about 2 hours approx could be off by a whole 2 hours so anywhere between 1.5 and 5 hours cant give u exact time because i came back and it was done

yep i can confirm the screen aint suppose to turn on. its not suppose to go into usb tranfere mode. so restart it keep at it. i was worried aswell but it somehow worked eventually dont know if custome pack did it or what??? dont sweat it ull eventually get it to work. it should say finializing or finishing or somethgin adn then says unplug it thats when ur really done.

Hey, first of all...thanks to you guys for providing so much information and taking the time to answer our questions. After reading this thread I tried flashing my phone, followed all the instructions and when it got to brute forcing it was taking about 3 hours. I stopped the program (despite the msg saying that it could damage my phone), restarted my computer and tried running the program again, however, I got this:

unplug phone from usb, take out battery, wait 20 secs, put back battery and try again.

What a wonderful tutorial. Thanks so much for uncrippling this phone (from cingular). The process is supposed to repeat and repeat itself until the log says UNLOCKED. Also, for those who are confused about the flash menus, you need to include the custom.xml file with the "flash desktop" (not exact wording) option "true" and in your custom folder while reflashing.

Also, don't worry too much about destroying your phone, the anxiety comes from the fact that your phone is disabled during the flash but it will eventually get over to the brighter side.

@ jenb you should probably read through the entire thread.......... a lot of people have been having this problem and one solution we fuond that is posted in this thread several times is to DISABLE autoplay. Microsoft Windows does this really annoying thing trying to help you. it is interrupting the flash process and trying to read the contents of the phone like a flash drive. when this happens the device is busy and phonexs cant flash. so it stops and gives a failed open message. which is your problem. Either taskkill explorer or disable autoplay. they both will stop the interrupting.

Quick question, does the PhoneXS software work on the K790 from Rogers and if it does where would you get the files or do you have to use a service like Woton or Davinci. I am thinking of getting the K790 and am curious if the free software will work for it as I did my two 810i's and it worked quite well for that.

Phone xs is outdated now.. the new version is XS++.. and from SE-NSE forum, they said that w810i is cracked and with next version of XS++, there wont be any need of bruteforcing so we can flash w810i instantly..

if i understood the thread over there correctly though... XS++ doesn't yet work with the 810. maybe today cuz it sounds like they may have fixed it and are just working to release the new version.

No.. the new version hasnt yet released.. but it works in beta form and they are calling for beta testers.. so I hope the new version will comeout within few days..

@ haagen-tux...the problem wasn't autoplay, I just had to take my battery out and put it back in lol. I did go through the thread before flashing my phone, I didn't see anyone having similar problem as mine, getting the msg "PORT STATUS:ACTIVE" then stopping...I didn't realize that the solution to most of the problems was just taking the battery out and restarting =/

Anyways, I have a new problem LOL After flashing my phone I couldn't use my mp3 ringtones anymore. I've always used the DRM packager to convert my mp3 files to ringtones, but now when I try to use the file I see a slash over the key. Is there a solution for this?

Hi people!

My phone had the latest firmware, it was nice though; but the camera quality was bad; So, searching through Internet, I found that firmware R4DB005 is the best one (in camera quality terms); so I decided to flash my phone with fungied.cheese v2 pack...

Everything was ok, till the Eatbs thing, where it was kinda like hung o_o It was hung like 7 hours. In some forums, they say that it's normal, in other ones, they say it's because battery died, so you have to recharge and re-do the process. Which one of those methods is the true one?

I unplugged it from the USB cable, and took out the battery, placed again an turned it on; it seemed normal at first, until the PIN part, it says that it's not properly configured, so I should take it to a Network Center (something like that). My question is, if I flash it again (and is succesful this time), will the phone go back to normal?

I'm flashing the phone with W810_R4DB005_FS_AMERICA_2_RED49.fbn and the W810_R4DB005_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_CID49.mbn files, and I selected from the CDA and Region, AMERICA_2 (CDA102555/107), is that ok?

Please help me guys, I've read all the post, and I really need to have this phone working asap T_T

perhaps you can find someone in your area who uses the same provider as you? then just copy their wap/mms settings...see if that works for you

yes phone will go back to normal, and yes you can flash with that fw pack...BUT, i think the custpack (CDA) doesnt have flash menus enabled.

After about 20min of brute forcing I get the failed open error box. I tried taking out the battery for 20sec and restart phoneXS. I unchecked the the autoplay box in tweakui. What am I missing.

hey guys, super neat app good job to all the devs but i have a question, its my first time flashing. so i got everything working, i pressed 'flash' then it goes bla bla bla 1000... 2000 4000 bla bla then it goes waiting for the phone to disconect and right after, waiting for the phone to connect, windoes makes the sound, ding ding, dong ding and the whole text reappears, am i doing something wrong or everything is normal?

normal as long as the screen doesnt light up and go into usb transfer mode or it hangs up for lets say longer than 10 minutes to be safe at any one line such as eatebs or waiting for phoen to disconnect. if it says finshed or finalzed or somethgin liek that unplug ur phone or whatever means ur done.

btw delete ur ealrier post as peopel get pissed off here if u ask some question that has been asked many time b4 and everyone has to look at **** liek that. .. as i will delete mine as soon as u read it. im giving u about 5 hours to do so then im deletign my post.

yes. that true if u think its takign too long on one thing then restart. try this.
1. turn phoen off 2. take out sim card 3. take out mem card 4. put back ur battery in 5. make sure u have downloaded fungied cheeses new pack the second pack (if using are in the usa or canada and dont need the french langauge on it) 6. start phoen-xs and click start!!! button and then it will give you 30 seconds to to connect ur phone so now hold "c" and THEN connect the usb cord into ur phone while holding the "c" once detected and it starts and make sure u choose the fs and firmware etc and ur cda america_2 worked for me gives u english and few other languages... 8. then wait till it finishes it wil give some kind of msg to u like " finihsing or finalizing blah blah unpluggg ur phon. and ur done

My question is this: There are numerous European custom packs which I have to use to make American 2, which one should I use? They all seem to be different file sizes and I'm confused.

THANKS you guys are great.
The flashing went perfect. It took about 2hrs. The problem I had & i'm sure others will run into it with w810i is I had to go into device manager and under universal serial bus controller I had to change the hub settings on the power management tabs to uncheck the box.

WOW i just got done flashing my phone and all I have to say is THANKS! it went perfect. Bruting force took a little while so i took fungis advice and disconnected the phone. Took the battery out for 20 seconds and placed it back in and unplug/replug the usb cord and then it only took 30mins to finish.

Calling on the phone is significantly louder and music volume is crazy loud. My phone was originally cingular too if that helps.

Yes, you will loose the changes that you made. It will set it back to the most current FW, which you just got rid of.

I can't belive it, my phone ran out of battery so it powered up to tell me that my battery was empty, now i remove it, put in the sim card, parck the whole thing back and i get a configuration error, no way to get signal or something, ill retry but it frustrates me because it took 17 hours just to tell me ****

errorcode 30 is normal, it means it hasn't found the correct unlock code yet, Also the battery will run out slightly faster only if you listen to your music really loudly. Louder music/ring tones/speaker require more battery.

Yes you can update via SEUS however you will loose your drivers, they will be overwritten with the newer firmware, however, you can then reflash just the drivers & custom pack. No need to flash FS/FW cause it would already be up-to-date/unbranded.

no it wont your completly wrong on this. you can update via seus and get the newest firmware without losing anything. if you ppl would read the other threads you would clearly understand since it has been stated many times, the same question would not come up like 100 times a day.

W810i User...

I live in Canada, is there a difference between Canadian and US versions of MAIN and FS?

Also in the files to flash with, I've noticed a lot of repeat files like hooks and camera drivers within different directories. Should this be?

The link in the main post pointing to the USB drivers is no longer active, is there an alternative place to download that you know of?

Are themes included with fungied.cheese's pack? If not, where can I download some good themes?

if u get configuration error u dint flash it its not finished flash the phones screen shodul not light up during teh process or els ethat means it stopped flashing. or somehgin went wrongthere. as for candian and us firmware isnt much fo a diffference. u wont have the ability for french language so if ur in quebec then u might care but oteh rthan that it has english adn prtuguese spanish blah blah blah. so basically same **** as canadian one however im also looking for candian version which i hear is america_1 but so far im using america_2 and if ur using english dont matter anyways. ohh and the driver folders acoutic to upload . u gotta first do the flashing main firmware and thefile system aka fs and then after doing that u then do the tpa folder after ur phoen been flashed it will upload the drivers. the software picks up the folder itself u see where it has flash option . well for the acoutic and cam driver u cllick on fsx instead of flash and u only do the fsx again not the whoile firmware adn fs flash and the cda which i used was the first america_2 of the two options on teh list ofamericas. and that will upload the whole folder u cannot just drag and drop the dirvers in unlike the themesw hcih can be dragged and droppe din aftyer flashing into the themes folder. and u wont rui n ur phone even if u unplug ur phoen during or whetever just means u gotta give it a few more shots in case it stops somehwere. just use fungied cheese pack 2 the second onehe realesed it will have eveyrthgin in one folder for u so no searching aroooudn for files sinc eu gona be using english i assume anwways. it takes a couple tries.

I basically just am wondering why there are so many repeats of files such as camdriver0 in the folders. Also where to get the USB drivers as the link isn't working anymore. Also the snippet from the customize file with Virgin mobile information (assuming this just sets default WAP access for virgin, can be changed later in phone, nothing more?).

im already flashing my w810i for 3.5 hours in phone xs and its still bussy
this is my flash main firmware W810_R4DB005_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_CID49.mbn
and this is my flash file system W810_R4DB005_FS_AMERICA_2_RED49.fbn
and customize file system phone model is w810
and cda and region is america_2 (CDA102494/76)
are these thing correct or are they wrong
please help me

hmmm, I've just read through your tutorial, and I was wondering if I could flash a W300i using the FS and Main files I can download from wotanserver? The reason I ask is the file extensions are different, in your case using the W810i included is .mbn and fbn, whereas the wotanserver files end in .wtm and .wtf. Are there differences, cuz I don't want to screw up my friends phone (although I guess I could just reflash, but that'd take too long). BTW, the link to the alternate firmwares page is broken.

Well I figured that reading through the first 8 pages or so, how could there be more questions that weren't answered in the first 8 pages? Haha I was wrong. Just read through the entire thread and had my questions answered, AND found fungied.cheeses new pack as well.

Only thing still remaining is trying to find USB drivers since the links I've found on this forum aren't working anymore. Even the se-nse one.

Thanks for not answering my questions right away, I much rather prefer to find them myself even after thinking the answers were not there.

Get my 810i in the mail this week and I'll be good to go for flashing by the sounds of it, once I get the USB drivers. I'll post my log and everything to use as further comparison for other people's experiences.

it is, BUT you arent able to actually access any of the phone's system files, so for the time being....no.

everytime i open PhoneXS and press C, connect the phone.... it doesnt recognize the phone.....

also i dont know if its normal, i dont have sony suite installed, but whenever i connect the phone via USB, my computer automatically recongnize the phone, two pop ups come up, one is the phone the other one is memory stick...

sorry if I missed it. I've been reading this section a lot and have tried quite a few links I've come accross for the USB drivers. No worries I can find it as long as I know there IS still a working link.

getliquid: I believe one of your problems might be that you need to disable auto-run in Windows/Explorer. Not sure how to off hand, but google it and you'll find it easy enough. I believe the program TweakUI has the option to do so in it. It's free too and not a large program. Useful tweaks too. So download and use that to do it if you like.

When the flash is done it will say something along the lines of "Flash Finished"... right before that it will say "Finishing Flash..." but sometimes it will get hung up on "Finishing Flash..." so if it's there for more than 15 minutes it means that it is really done and safe to unplug.

Not 100% sure if those are the exact words, it has finished/finishing in them for sure though. If that's not exactly what it says, it's something very similar.

hi i have been flashing my phone now for the thirth time from 4.00 in the morning
its now 8.29 in the morning. And the part were phone xs says what hes doing is all blank. I looked in the log and its still says Sinds 5.13 waiting for eatebs

Wow finally some results! After failing 3 times previous, I finally got my phone unbranded using PhoneXS. The previous times, I canceled after 8 hours, 5 hours, 6 hours. Finally, I let it go for 5 hours and it actually worked. The phone is awesome now, love the no shutter sound and MP3 ringtones. For all those who are having trouble: don't fret, its painstaking, annoying, and irritating, but it does come through!

im getting configration errors when i turn on the phone....

i can flash with wotan fine if i check the finalize box, but with Phone Xs after it turns on and says "Please wait" it always says configration error, please check with service provider....

on the faq it says this is due to not finalizing it? but i dont see a place to check the finalizing option?

also im using the main files from cheese so i dont think there should be a problem there?>

end phonexs. disconnect. remove battery for a few second, and put it back in. charge it back up to full. restart the flashing process.

when we download the cheese pack we use MBN and FBN file with Phone XS, what do we do with the 2 folders "files to upload" and "own_custpack"?

is the loud voice adjustment and video drivers in mbn/fbn file or somewhere else?

leave the folders alone, it has all the necessary files placed in the proper order and folders. just run PhoneXS and select the flash files and make sure you select "customize" and choose a working custpack.

Just an update for anyone who may have ran into the same problem and did not read the entire thread.

I ran into the error where it sticks on waiting for phone to disconnect, then the windows pop-up shows saying that the USB device has been disconnected. Turns out I forgot to take my memory card out (silly me, I forgot that it came with a 1gb already in it). Just to be sure I checked in Windows Device Manager to make sure power management options were turned off for the appropriate hubs. And I am using the USB ports in the back of my computer, not the spare ones in the front. When I tried the front ones, phoneXS couldn't even find my device. Good idea to use the back ones anyways.

Now I'm really going to bed and hoping for the best when I wake up.

Yay took less than two hours. Woot.

Now I want to do FSX. However, whenever I start phoneXS, connect my phone, then click on the FSX radio button it just freezes phoneXS.

Also when looking at the log. Why do I need to FSX? Just during the flashing main portion, afterwards it automatically uploaded customize and all other files to upload. Doesn't seem like it's needed to me.

Make sure your memory card is removed.

Right click on "My Computer" and go to properties. Then go to the Hardware tab and Device Manager. Expand Universal Serial Bus controller section, right click on each one and go to properties. If there is a power management tab for that particular hub as they are called, un-check anything that is checked under the power management tab. Also make sure auto run is turned off for Windows. This can be achieved by using TweakUI.

Try this:

Another thing you should try is to uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in the Device manager. Do this on all "hubs" by right-clicking the hub. Click Properties, go over to the Power Management tab, and uncheck it.

well almost 14 hours of flashing and it failed

got to waiting to disconnect the phone and the phone came on, and this was on my wifes computer, I changed all the power management, turned off autoplay. Im getting really pissed off now

I'll try again though... I flashed my W810i with fungied.cheese's pack fine. However I'm trying to use the FSX feature now. I start PhoneXS, connect my phone and the program reads it fine. As you know, "Flash" is the default selected radio button option that the program starts in. Whenever I try to click on "FSX" or "Settings" once the phone is connected, PhoneXS just freezes. I can't click off of the PhoneXS radio button without it freezing the program.

I found the secret, use cheese's pack, BUT you need to still download a custpack. Go to Topsony and register and download america 2 custpack and then go to into the folders tpa/preset/bla bla bla/ and get to customize.xml and open it up by right clicking and opening with notepad and then go to this thread
and copy the customize.xml into yours, save it, flash it, and you should be good to go

I woke up this morning, and it was done. It works!

The hardest part for me was finding working links to download everything (oh yeah, and my winrar was corrupted... that took a while to figure out).
Anyways, are the flash menus and camera stuff included with Fungied.cheese's packs, or do I need to follow the directions here: CamaroShifter85's Getting Flash menus via PhoneXS posting ?

I tried my gf's Cingular W810 with PhoneXS 2 Alpha 3, and

W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn

W810_R4ED001_FS_HONG_KONG_RED49

I set the custom pack thing to Hong Kong as well and started flashing. But I eventually got the wait for eatebs, so I followed directions here and close PhoneXS and charged the phone.

But now when I try to re-flash, when I connect the phone, PhoneXS simply says PORT STATUS: ACTIVE and won't go any further. Can someone help?

Nevermind the above, solved it and the phone is working great! But I had to use the US2 filesystem and the custom pack to US 2 as well.

But the gf now wants Chinese, so could I just flash the R4ED HONG_KONG file system and be done with it? Or more complicated?

I'm a complete noob and i tried to debrand my phone (k750i) using XS but it just stalled during the process the two times i tried and now just says "configuration error" when i try to start it!

I get to the command, "Wait for EdQ". It stays on that for over 12 hours. I'm usually at work so I don't know when, but at some point, the phone goes into transfer mode. Try a different USB port on your computer. People seem to have the most luck with ports in the back of the computer as opposed to easy-to-access front ports.

Also go into Device Manager (right click 'My Computer' > Properties > Hardware tab > Device Manager) and expand the 'Universal Serial Bus controllers' section. Right click each hub that shows up and go to 'Power Management' and uncheck anything that is checked.

Same thing. I've tried two versions of PhoneXS and whenever I click on FSX radio button, the program freezes. Starting to piss me off. I'm running Windows 2000 on a PC.

I noticed that too! I think SE made some improvements to the cingular firmware. I didn't have the hissing issue or startup time with the cingular one.

Yea, it's a little annoying since it takes a while for the phone to start. Wish there was a way to incorporate all the best features and flash that.

Deleted the .itm files so I have no SE hooks in the menus. Everything works fine. The languages are there, silent shutter and all. HOWEVER, when holding down the "go back" button while in the media player, is the music supposed to stop? Is there some toggle that's supposed to be in the customize.xml file?

yes, music stops cause holding back shuts down everything and goes to the waiting screen.

i flashed (paying) my z710 to w710 (wotan).

Pimpwerx if you want to play music while you are in your menus minimize the tracks by clicking options while playing music and hit minimize now you will be able to listen to music

its the samew for me say im look at my list of videos in file manager or when i hit the up button on the joystick and i hold back for about 2 or 3 seonds takes me to my main screen personally i liek the featur because you dont have to keep hitting back if you want to go to your desktop.

Works fine. XS++ recognizes the CDA as the same one, with revision R4A. Not sure why, b/c the log shows that during uploading the program deleted the file on the phone and replace it with this one. So the original file shouldn't still be there, so I'm really not sure how the phone still remembers the CDA number and revision. I can understand it knowing it's flashed to EUROPE_1, but I thought the customize.xml file ID'd all customizations. I'll probably end up reflashing sometime this weekend to see if it act differently. I must have the most barebones phone on this forum. Just one flash menu (clubpulse) and one theme, and nothing else besides Google Mail and Maps. I love this phone.

ok ive asked this question a couple of time but no one answers ive flashed my phone used fungied cheese pack and all the flash themes that came with that package active desktop, clubpulse, lava ect are working properly nice new menus but i went to topsony website downloaded new flash themes i loaded them manually to the themes folder on the phones memory not my memory stick and the themes didnt work the animation works but theres no flash menu only the 3X4 flash theme was enabled when flashed anyone help please thanks

i used the fungied cheese pack and the flash menus that are in that file like lava, clubpulseect. worked fine but when i when on topsony downloaded new flash themes i put them in my theme folder with the other themes and they didnt work that what i mean thanks

Well after 12 hours I decided to stop the process and try it again, overnight while i sleep. So I did, and less then an hour later it was finished! So I went from 12 hours - unsuccessful to just under an hour with success! The flash themes are awesome though, not sure if the music is louder but with the first listen it definately sounds louder. It is 7am though so i'll give it a little while, MP3's as ringtones is a nice feature again! So now, am I supposed to update the firmware now or..? What else should I do to my phone?

When i'm running the software, it constantly is hacking /connecting / disconnecting in a cycle. Does anyone know why it doesn't just keep on hacking and has to reconnect all the time.

-->but it does work eventually, i juss flashed my w810i...im from canada and on rogers and now the phone works exactly as i wanted.
total time was 50mins. i tried like 8 times b4 this. pretty much wasted all day. every time that phone disconnecting bs came up so i tried to flash again.

I would end phone xs 2, take battery out, and starting over...

step by step the ******* finally decided to work

juss lettin ppls noe that that usb problem is windows autorun and to use tweatui to disable it..then just try try again things will work out.

Great thanks to CamaroShifter85 and fungied.cheese for putting together a lot of the information and files I used to flash my phone. After 2 failed attempts and 8 hours of phoneXS hacking my phone I couldn't be happier.

Now I can use my phone the way SE intended it to be used and not locked down like some federal pound-me-in-the-*** prison.

It doesn't seem like the hiss is gone completely but there is a huge improvement in the volume of the hiss now, barely noticable.

I have a quick question if you guys dont mind helping me out.

As I flashed my K800i with the CID49 Hong Kong Files (CID region =85 Hong Kong). I encountered the following problems after the flash.

The first time I put in the sim card, the system allowed me to select Chinese menus.

1. However, when I tried on a different sim card, there's only "According to sim" and "English", however, I can still type Chinese. What happened?

2. I used fungied.cheese's files in the folders, except that I download the Hong Kong Main and FS files. and how the camera is not working. Whenver i tried to turn it on, it said "another application is running. Close it then start the camera."

Do you have a JAVA application open? If you have one open, it disables the camera, for performance reasons??

Not sure on the Tawain custom pack. Have you thought about APAC?

My EROM is damaged on my k610i and i want to try flashing it with phone xs first then if that fails using wotan server. Whenever i use phone xs++ i get device opened and it stalls there and I cant choose where the firmware is. anybody can help that would be great?

Nevermind about the camera thing, did a re-flash and things are smooth now. Last time I checked, APAC doesnt support tradtional chinese as far as I recall. Instead, I used Hong Kong. Not exactly what I wanted, but a good alternative.

Camera sound surpressed in slient mode, next step, flash menu. hehe..

I went through the flash process 6 times, as I expected from reading this thread:

Attempt 1: Midway through flash the computer recognized the phone
2. Battery Died
3. Midway through flash the computer recognized the phone
4. Midway through flash the computer recognized the phone
5. Battery Died
6. Success!!

There was a lot to read in the thread and for me TweakUI was the key factor in troubleshooting why the phone was coming on during the flash. Secondarily, reading everyone's results and issues helped me understand what was going on so I didn't freak out.

Yeah, I turned off Autoplay on removable drives in TweakUI. I wasn't able to prevent it elsewhere in the OS/My Computer. Once I had that and a full battery I was good to go. It finished the flash in a half hour! I am so happy. I immediately went out and bought a bunch of accessories afterwards: Martin Fields Screen protector, Martin Fields Cables, SE Car cradle, SE FM Transmitter, 4gb card to celebrate! The phone went from being "kick butt" to "kick ***" in a Flash!

thanks @ ir.3rik and hybrid.09...it gives me more of a reason to use phonexs for free instead of paying for wotanserver or davinci...but i got one more question about phonexs...
is it possible to remove the internet/mall soft key and make a main menu option?
sometimes i forget to lock my keypad and i end up pressing buttons in my pocket and its just annoying that most of the time its the internet button

Ok I really need help here. Ive gotten to the point when I hit the " flash " button.
Once I do, about 2 seconds later phonexs disapears. NO errors or anything. Just gone.

Just wanted to thank CamaroShifter85 for taking the time to write this up and to those who inspired him to do so. My first attempt stayed on EaTEsb for like 12 hours, disconnected, charged battery, flashed in 39 minutes.

Quick question though - I only flashed the included FW and FS - am I to expect the same amount of time to flash the "files_to_upload"?
