I've searched the threads high and low and I couldn't find a thread that covered this topic. My wife's 8300 will shoot but not save any videos. She can receive and play video messages just fine but she can't shoot and then save videos herself. I've done everything but restore the phone to factory settings (I don't want to loose the ringtones, games, address book, etc). Any thoughts or ideas?

I would call sprint... have them credit the account for all the games/ringtones... get your phonebook stored on another device... and restore to factory settings... OR go to a sprint store... and have them swap it out for another one and you pay $35... goodluck
