Explorer Button on S620 (T-zones button on Dash)

When I was using the dash, I managed to change the T-Zone button to run Task Manager as per the FAQ, but since then I've reflashed my dash, and it is now HTC S620, and I can't figure out how to change that same button (which now opens internet explorer) to run the task manager. Any ideas?
