can someone let me know just one thing. on moto phones such as the V360, when you got settings> phone status> what menu items are listed under phone status. mine is missing storage device under phone status. does it show up on other moto phones

have it with or without tf card.

I cannot remember if it is supposed to.

Try going into a feature like pics and pull up an image. You should then be able to switch to storage device.

If the v360 is supposed to have the menu option for storage device, the phone will need to be reflashed.

Interestingly, we have had customers actually delete menu features on this phone. I think the last one was the MP3 player.

yea have tried that and nothing there either. have tried to well at least attempt flash but but cant even get the rsd lite program to recognize my phone soo this is iratating very can anyone help

can anyone here help me? on your v360 when your in the phonebook and you want to try and copy entries to the sim, how do you go about doing that?

mrmike, make sure you have motorola driver 2.9 installed.

beebo, in phonebook, press Menu key, then select copy, then select "all to SIM" or by "Entries".

After pressing the menu key, how many presses down on the keypad do you need to do to select copy? And then is the 'All to SIM' selection the first one or is it under 'Entries'?

See the problem is my flip broke and the display blacked out, but the phone works fine. I just want to copy ALL my contacts to my SIM card to transfer to my backup phone.

okey i give just cant figure it out, seems very easy to others im just gonna try to send this phone back where i bought it on ebay (probably harder then this though)

my phone might not be exactly same as yours. for my phone, after pressing Menu key, I have to press DOWN 11 times to get to "copy", then press Down once to "All to sim". You may want to try around 11.

Is the phone branded "T-Mobile" on power up??

The menu features should be the same on the v360 unless the firmware/flexes are different.

The latest T-Mobile software is R4513_G_08.B7.B7R.

If still sounds like the phone needs to be properly flashed. You can send it to a service center. That will be far less hassle than sending the phone back on an Ebay purchase.

no not branded on power up, anyone know of a service center around sacramento california

I just did a quick search using a random zip for your area and the closest Moto Center is 341 miles.

Since yours is not branded, if flashed at a Moto service center, they will only have the T-Mobile version and it will end up branded.

going to try and do a seem edit if i can figure it out, found a possible seem edit(0032-0001 offset61 bit1), found that while reading some posts, thinking that the storage device menu might not be turned on there
