Unlocked Motorola KRZR Problem

I just received an unlocked motorola KRZR for christmas. Everything works fine on it...but no matter what SIM card I put in it I can not access the internet, text messaging ETC. I get the same error message everytime "GPRS Network is not Available" Can anyone please explain how to resolve this issue please ?!?!

when you buy an unlocked phone (not from your provider) none of the browser functions are set up. you need to set up browser and mms sessions. your sms (plain text) messages should work.

Thank you for the response...but how do i set up the browser functions...is that in the manual somewhere...I am new to this cell technology stuff..
