HTC s620 Joggr Stops working after lock

I just got my new S620, and everytime I lock the phone, I can't use the JOGGR anymore (it just stops responding). Does anyone know why this happens or if there is a fix to it?

you mean it doesn't work anymore at all or it just doesn't work when locked?

It doesn't work anymore at all. I have to restart the device to get it to work again.

i haven't heard of this problem before. since it does work before a lock, then it isn't a hardware problem. that leaves either a software or firmware problem. does this happen even after a hard reset? if yes then it's firmware. if it works fine after a hardreset but has issues after you install apps, there is an app affecting it.

I'm going to do a hard reset now and see if that fixes the problem. I will report back.

I just did a hard reset, but it's still happening. The joggr works if power off the phone and then turn it on, but as soon as I lock the phone or it goes to sleep and then turn it on, the Joggr no longer responds.

I'm going to see if I can find a new firmware download.

okay, so it's most likely firmware. i recommend you goto xda-developers.com and there's a test rom that works. however, if you can exchange it, it might be a better option.
