DASH web browsing questions....

I just got the Dash today....got on a wireless connection a while ago and browsed around for a bit. I have a few questions.
-I don't have an internet plan...is there a way to totally disable going online w/o wireless so I don't get charged for it? Basically just make it only possible to go online with a wi-fi connection?
-When I'm at a site where I need to login and enter a password...how do I get out of the text box? Like when I enter my username, then press down to goto the password and enter that in...how do I get out of that???
-How do I watch videos like on youtube. I went to a video on there and it said I needed some flash plugin...so I tried downloading it off of the link it provided to some adobe site...and the page never loaded for me.
