Hi All,

Recently my new baby (Q) got stolen and I am trying to replace it without pocketing out 600+tax that telus wants. Does anyone know if Verizon Q will work for Telus and if not, what options are available to unlock it?

Thanks to all in advance!
Dimitri

Won't work. Telus won't allow it to be activated on their network.

Is there a way to unlock?

Verizon phones arent subsidy locked but telus doesn't allow you to put it on their network there is software avalible to change the esn of the q so you can trick telus into activating it.

whoa, I'd like to know what software can change the Q's ESN, that sounds like fun. The other issue with using the Q on telus is the data. I am using the Q on ACS (in Alaska) and everything works, except Verizon doesn'tlet you change the username the phone uses to log on to the internet.

What is the software that can do that?
