I've had my 8525 for about 2 weeks now, and I've been finally getting things set up. The email has been the most difficult. Cingular data support helped me get my POP3 account set up set up so that it simultaneously receives my emails w/my PC, but of course, there's no syncronization between the two (not using Xpress Mail or any Exchange Servers). That would be nice, but I can live without the email sync.

But what annoys me is that the Messaging program on the 8525 is so bare-bones, you can't mark emails and do a group delete. So I wanted to try FlexMail, and even the spam filter program from PocketPCSoft, but for some reason, neither program will recognize or even see my POP3 account on the 8525. Does anyone have a clue (or a fix) as to why this is so? If it's unfixable, is there a small program or fix to the internal Messaging program that might add some of those simple commands that one takes for granted into the program?
