Help - 8125 Only Getting One Ring On Incoming Call

Sorry if this posted before. I am on the phone and tough to search.
Anyway, ring will cut out after first ring but vibrate will continue 4-5 times. Does it on all ring tones. Have soft reset and shut down completely. Settings in Sounds and Notifications seem correct.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
