can't download ringtones on my razr-cingular/mediaplazza

hi, can someone help me (as cingular refuses to). I have a new motorola rzr phone from cingular. i went to a 3rd party ringtone site and tried to buy a ringtone, i sent them a text message w/the appropriate code and then they sent me back a text message w/the url. Normally when i use this site (w/all of my previous rzr phones), it appears as a browser message w/the goto/save options..now it will only come in as a text message--when i scroll down the list (by pressing the button in the middle top of my keyboard) to the goto option, it then opens the browser and then says page doesn't exist. I also noticed that the url in the text message starts out http://http://therestofthemessageetc.com. so there are 2 http:// in th url. i've used this exact site w/the exact type of phone and carrier many times and i've never had a problem. does anyone know if there are some settings i need to check on this new phone so that i can receive this as a browser message..thank you.
