Is there a way to save text messages?(SMS) for Sharp 903

Like to put it in your MiniSD card or anyway to save the SMS's?(put it on computer?)

no there is no such thing @ 903sh. I would love to have this option too since i have tons of SMS on my phone now. I tried to find it for the past year..

No, this feature was implemented in the Japanese 904SH and onwards. It's yet to be implemented in a Sharp phone for Europe or HK at this point.

hmm, not to bring this back from the dead - but my phone has a "sim sync" option for my text messages. it sticks to the sim card, and i can get them off of my razr in text files.

All non-JP firmware 3G Sharps do. It's hardly what you'd call a decent mail backup service though.

GREAT! Just friggin' great. I did the "sim sync" thing and then deleted the text messages off of my 903. When I tried to load them into my N73, they weren't there.

So upset now =/

That was very silly. Think about the name of that option. 'SIM Sync.' You're synchronising a message sitting on handset memory with an identical one on the SIM card. If you delete the handset one, it's going to delete the SIM card's one as well.

Should have asked the question before trying it out if the messages were that valuable to you.

Simsync was the only function that looked like would "save" the sms to my sim card..
