Alltel firmware updates-E815?

I took my E815 to the local Alltel store because of the weak vibrate mode. I thought perhaps they had a firmware update that could improve the vibrate. I was told that this was never an issue. Does anyone else have experience with Alltel and the vibrate problem?

The vibrate motor on the v710 and e815 was never really strong. I have beem in them enough to know that the design seems odd. I have been able to tweak the housings to create more contact when the vib motor arm spins, but that is really all that can be done.
