FYI,

I just downloaded the new Documents To Go, supposed to work on Windows Mobile 5.0 smartphones. Should allow you to edit Word, Excel, Powerpoint documents etc. If any of you Blackjack owners are interested, you can find a free preview version here:

Very true. I've been playing around with this application all morning. It's fast and responsive, and really well done. Now I have no regrets about leaving the PPC format for Smartphone.

Seems to work well on my Blackjack. But, is it worth $30 (guessing based on the price for other platforms)

Yes, I think it's worth $30 if you want Word and Excel on your phone. Besides, it's the only solution available right now (not counting view-only options). I loved Docs to Go when I used Palm so I'm stoked.

the lack of editing documents was one of the reasons why i didn't grab a blackjack. if the 750 doesn't cut it, and the n95 doesn't make it out w/in 30 days, then i'll try the blackjack.

I downloaded it this morning. Installed it just fine but nothing works. I rebooted a few times, even after the recommended time after installation and still nothing. I go to start, keep hitting More til I get to Documents to Go, select that and then if I select anything, it just hangs. Select Word to Go, Sheet, Slideshow.... anything. It just hangs. I can wait 20 minutes and nothing and leave and go out to another app. In the task manager it shows, SheetToGo is running but again when I click on it, nothing happens. The only thing that ever happens is the header at the top changes to DocumentsToGo. Any ideas?

*** Update ***
While I was typing this, I thought of what apps are running and wondered if Good could be causing a problem. I rebooted one more time and before Good started I tried to launch it and it worked. Then started Good and it still works. Don't know if that was it or if I just had to reboot 4 times. Whatever the reason, it works now.
