Hi folks,

I have an old Sanyo phone and it tries to start up but then hangs on one screen and goes no further. The battery is new and fully charged. I think that it needs to be hard reset but I do not know any codes. Can someone help me out with codes that I can try to reset it?

Also, how do I find out my MSL number. I know the ESN number.

Appreciate any help in this matter.
