need help!! for nokia 6275 about ringtones and diego

I`ve red in the forum that it is possible to use our mp3 for the ringtones on the nokia 6275 of bell mobility if you have a data cable and diego sofware.(correct me if i'm wrong)
I looked everywhere for this sofware but i can't seem to find it. Can someone help me please. Also the instructions of how making it work
