HELP! V360 on Windows Vista HELP!

Im running Windows Vista and i can't connect my v360 via cable.He recognize it as an removable disk but when i try to open it appears a warning saying it's not accessible cause a I/O device error.Can someone tell me whats the issue here?I Tried also trough MPT but it says that the phone's not connected
