No Sound w/Videos (RAZR V3c)

Hi,
**I have 'Recording Sound' turned 'On'**
Recently I was recording a video with my RAZR V3c, and afterwards viewing it was okay but, there was no sound. 
I remember a while back when I recorded a video there was sound, why is it not working now? what can I do about it?

Have you tried increasing volume by pressing the volume up button while the video is playing?
