S88 flash?

Hi there,
My Girlfriend got Today her new Mobile. A BenQ Siemens S88. It's a nice Cellphone, but the Software works very slowly. And she can't change the Themes. I have searched in google about flashing a S88. And I read, that the S88 can be flashed with a ordinary Datacable. so, my Question is...
Can someone give me a link to the newest Firmware (S88)? It must have the German Language, because I'm german 
And can you plz tell me, which software i do need on my PC for the flash?
