Syncing two treos to one Outlook

I currently have a treo 700p and my business partners phone just died and she needs a new one. We both use Outlook to keep track of dates and tasks and memos. Is it possible to sync two different pdas to the same Outlook? How about syncing a treo and blackberrry to the same outlook?

I sync both my BBs and my Treo 650 to Outlook. Do you want the same contacts and calendar entries on both devices from Outlook?
