Artist and album "unknown" in WMP?

I've transfered over a few songs onto my storage card and they play great and I am happy enough, but for some reason the Artist and album show up as unknown in my media library. The song title shows up fine. The file types are AAC, is there something that I am not doing that is causing this to happen?
Anyone know of any fixes?
