I can't receive my pop3 emails, I can only send...

Please help me... someone else must have experienced this same problem that knows what's going wrong.

I am using a cingular branded RAZR V3, and I have the medianet unlimited data $20/month plan. I have set up my pop3 account, and am able to send emails, but I absolutely can not receive. It asks if I want to "Connect to remote mailbox", and I say Yes. It then says "Connecting to server..." and it tries and tries (takes about 30 seconds). It then comes back and says "389 bytes transferred", and goes through the same "connecting to server" process again automatically. Again, it says 389 bytes transferred. It then states connecting to server and gives me that sound you hear when you call a disconnected number. Then, it says Connection Unsuccessful, Try Again Later. Finally it says "work with stored messages".

I am almost sure the settings are correct, and I have searched and searched and am going with what I'm supposed to do. I know it's probably something simple that i need to change. Here are my settings...

ISP settings: GPRS

Connection type: GPRS
APN address: wap.cingular
User name: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
DNS IP: 0.0.0.0

Now this is not for gmail or yahoo or any of those... it's for my work email which is a domain registered with godaddy.

E-mail provider: Custom
Protocol: POP3
User ID: jeff@mydomain.com (actually inserting my domain name, this is what godaddy requires, not just my first name)
Password: password is entered properly
Sending host: cwmx.com
Sending port: 25
Receiving host: mail.mydomain.com (this is the way godaddy does it, again my domain name is entered)
Receiving port: 110
Return address: jeff@mydomain.com
Name: jeff
Cleanup: None
Save on server:Yes
Notification: On
Check new messages: No
Hide fields: unchecked
Auto signature: none
Security:
Use SSL for sending: No (same as in my outlook)
Use SSL for receiving: No (also same as in my outlook)
Warnings in background: Break connection
Size restriction: 13000

So again, at this point I'm pulling my hair out! I can send, but not receive (and that's all I really care to do, receive). Something must be off, even if it is a setting in another part of the phone. Please help...

Okay, here's an update. I decided to input all of the correct settings for a gmail account, just to see what was going on and if the problem was with the phone itself. Sure enough, it can perfectly check gmail for messages. So now I know all the other GPRS or WAP settings in the phone are correct.

I really need to have my godaddy domain email accessible, instead of gmail. Does this help anyone in identifying my issue? There are really only several settings in the email account setup, knowing that everything else is indeed correct. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Username: Your full email address (i.e. person@domain.com)
Password: (This is CASE SENSITIVE)
Incoming Mail Server Type: POP3
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (Replace 'yourdomain.com' with your actual domain name.)
Outgoing Mail Server: smtpout.secureserver.net
-Outgoing Mail Server requires authentication-
Outgoing Mail Server Username: Your SMTP Relay Username
Outgoing Mail Server Password: Your SMTP Relay Password (case sensitive)

Please note that the use of our outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires that you 'Activate' the 'SMTP Relay' option of the email account. Here are the directions to do this:

. Login to your customer account.
. Select 'Email Accounts' from the 'Hosting & Email' menu
. Select either 'Manage Free Accounts' or 'Manage Email Accounts' depending on where the email account that you are working with is listed
. Click the 'Activate' link to the right of the email address. If this link does not exist and instead '250 / day' is listed then SMTP Relaying is already setup for the email address
. In the section outlined in red, select the number of relays per day
. Enter a username. (This username is separate from all other services)
. Enter a password. (Between 5 and 8 characters starting with a letter)
. Enter password again for confirmation
. Click the 'Save Settings' button at the bottom of the page
