i am having trouble removing one of the screws from my w810i has anyone has this problem and how do i fix it without stripping the screw

Get a better screwdriver and press firmly.

Its called a torx and you need a torx driver size of t6. They carry them in most hardware stores like Home Depot , and electronic shops like Radioshack. I advice you that if your having trouble already you should not tamper with the phone any further unless you absolutely need to. You are risking the chance of breaking it. It is a very fragile phone inside. However if you continue, search these forums for the disassembly guide for the k750. they are very similar.
(edit) the first one is a Phillips Micro Screwdriver size #00 and/or #000 and can be found same as above, however these are super common and can be had for .99 at the local drugstore normally with the a sunglass repair kit.
