Need a new phone for 6 months :-) - suggestions?

Okay, my phone's near death. Crappy old SonyEricsson thing (that's actually lasted pretty well for 3 years). But it's not going to last 'til june (iphone plans, obviously) so I guess I get to suck it up and buy something for only a 6-month period. Looking for suggestions. Basically I'm hoping for:

Small. Thin.
Bluetooth
voice dialing
syncs w/ isync on OSX
Quad-band & unlocked (I travel a fair bit)
Hopefully not more than $200

Don't care about web-browsing or any such stuff. Wouldn't mind a camera but it's not really that important.

Any suggestions?

i found some good deals on ebay. but do not buy anything that does not list the electronic serial number! call your cell service provider with the number. If someone is under contract, stops paying and then sells the phone they will not activate it. I got burned on my 1st ebay phone. But had no problems on the last 3 phones i got off of ebay. (also one i called on had credit issues)
