Cheapest cellphone with EDGE

I'm looking for the cheapest phone that is edge capable (class 10 perferred)
Right now I have a motorola pebl that i use but i hate going online with it because gprs leaves a lot to be desired.
I really dont care about other features, as long as i can make calls with it, can tether it via bluetooth with my computer or pocket pc, and it it compatable with t-mobile, it'll be fine.
I have to state again that i'm looking for a cheap phone, i dont need camera, color screen or anything like that, just bluetooth, edge, and calling
