w810i configuration file question

So I'm a little confused with this. Some people here mentioned I'm supposed to use the the same file system as configuration, example EU2 FS and use Europe2 config file. But my FS is America and I can't find any configuration file for that region. Is no one here from USA? I did find one config file from top sony but it only has a few lines. There no flash desktop enable code or shutter. It didn't look complete. Can someone here who uses America configuration file post here? I know there are so many forums here, but so many junks too. I'd really hate to read 100+ pages to fix my WSOD crap.
