Treo 650 vs. BB 8700 phone book

Ok here's the problem. I have a Treo 650 and just got a BB 8700. Now the problem is that I have about 10% of my contacts on my sim, about 80% of my contacs in the Treo, and then another 20% of my contacts in my BB. Is there any way that is easy to put all of these in one spot? A perfect scenario would have all contacts info in the BB and the all contacs phone numbers and names only also on the sim...
Or is there any companies in the GTA that can do this?
