I think it has been established rather well that the SYNC is inferior to the LG Cu500 when sound quality and the loudness of the speakers are concerned. What does this say for the quality of the testing when the Sync isn't even the best music phone as far as music is concerned even on it's carrier. I am not saying the LG is a better phone, or isn't. When it comes to music, the LG beats it. Hands down.
