has anyone had any issues with the moto V3i not displaying the picture id when someone is calling. I have made sure the phone number is saved to the phone and the picture is saved to the phone also.

Is it a picture that you took with the phone's camera or a picture you've downloaded. The size may be too big.

Trying to diagnose... If you go: Menu - Phonebook - Setup - View By. Is it set to Picture?

got that setup to view by pic...but i noticed another issue is if i try to take a pic with it on phone memory instead of memory card it says to insert memory card and try again...so i still havent figured out the first one and now i have another issue.

Try: Menu - Extras - Multimedia - Pictures - Menu - Switch Storage Devise - Phone.

that is what is so crazy cause that is exactly what i did and the icon that tells u how many pics are left is a red zero and when you back out and come back into it set back to the memory card storage. just read the manual and it is set up correctly i think moto is getting this one back and gonna try another one unless someone comes up with something else...

the reason that it wont let u take any pics on the fone memory is that the resolution is to high set it to (med) and it should allow you to take a pic using the phone memory instead of the memory card
