Can AT&T customers access HSDPA via Bluetooth using a LG CU500?

I am a legacy AT&T/Cingular Blue customer and was wondering if I unlock an LG CU500, can I access Cingular's HSDPA network using my AT&T sim card? I would be tethering via Bluetooth. Are there any known issues/restrictions?

You have to have a 3G sim card in order to access the WCDMA band which is what UMTS/HSDPA is on. So you will not be able to do so with an ATT sim card since its only GSM.
