Blackjack: Getting Frustrated... WAP, WEB, access problems

It seems to be always something with this Blackjack.
First, I couldn't get into MEdia Net pages. Kept getting a 'Check your settings' error, and then later a 'You can't use the current connection for that' error.
OK, sent email to Cingular - get a response saying the phone should work fine. I hard reset, same problem. One day later, magically the MEdia Net pages load up fine.
Now I can't get any emails from the ringtones site, and when I try to access ANY website today, I get a 'connection was lost' error. I'm in a full 3G area.
On top of that, for some reason contacts entries don't seem to parse the numbers right. A number I input winds up looking like this: 4155551212 instead of the brackets and dashes separating the area code and prefix. Every Windows Mobile, PPC and WinCE device I've ever used has, to my recollection, parsed the numbers out right after you put them in. Why not now?
Yesterday, after the hard reset, I found I couldn't get contacts from my Outlook at home because of a problem with my PST file. OK, I'll do it from work. Wrong. ActiveSync just didn't load my contacts in. After fiddling and unchecking then rechecking the checkbox for contacts, it finally worked.
I *might* hedge my bet on this thing if it keeps giving me grief, and either wait for an iPhone or grab an 8525 or 750.

I noticed a lot of issues when using wap.cingular. As soon as I switched to isp.cingular, my connection issues stopped. If you have PDA connect, it's worth it to switch. Not saying that's the cause of your problems, but it might help. The only issue is that you can't access Media Net through the isp, but everything that is available there, is available through IE...well almost.
