how long does it usually take to get your account name / password? Been over 15 hours now and I havent heard boo from them.

supposed to be instant. you should contact them... it'll take at leats 24 hours for them to respond though... their CS is quite lacking.

yeah personally I give them AND totalmultiserver (and all their affils) two big thumbs DOWN... vastly over promise and under deliver.... This is the prime reason why all the firmware stuff should be completely open and free, not sold by some wh0res...

and for that matter, can anyone recommend any better services? ie. their firmware actually WORKS and that doesnt have a messed up ordering system?? I seem to think none other exist, but you never know....

WOTAN is excellent. I just did it yesterday and I got my password user name instant. The whole debranding process took only 6 minutes. My phone was WSOD and I used phoneXS to get it back but bruteforcing took 10 hrs each day for 3 days and I finally gave up and went to WOTAN. Don't waste time with PhoneXS until break in verson comes out. I learned my lesson.

your experience could not be farther from mine. First wotan only accepts payment via paypal (lame!) and when payment was sent, no email nothing to confirm. I can't help but think this is not a one off thing, I suspect they have someone manually entering account info into the server which is incredibly weak...

for the record... i wasn't trashing wotan's actual service (i.e. the program itself). i was trashing their customer service. it takes a REALLY long time (considering) to get a response to even the most basic question. their FAQ has like 10 items in it and is quite useless.

agreed with that. I hope theirs works, TMS does not work for the latest SE K790a firmware... even though it is supposed to and they have it.

Also, does anyone know the relationship between wotan and TMS? They seen to offer the same product (except unlocking) and they also share the same support infrastructure.

I don't work for Wotan or endorsing their service, but maybe I got lucky. I bought 1 credit from them last night and paypal went thru immediately, paypal even sent me email and then I got password 1 minute later. What might have happen is after you pay thru paypal you should've click "continue with merchant" and you'd be taken back to their site. I don't understand why paypal is lame unless you want to give your CC number to WOTAN directly which I would mind. WOTAN saved a lot of headache I was having with PhoneXS and WSOD completely brick my phone.

I find paypal is not very good at communicating directly to third party scripts... ie. realtime stuff which is why direct CC payment is better. Much less ******** when it comes to integrating with a realtime script. And I did click the back to merchant link also...

I've used paypal for at least half a dozen different sites and have never had a problem with it communicating back to the third party site. I always receive a confirmation email from paypal within minutes and shortly after, an email from the site I was paying. When I used Wotan, I had my username and password before I had finished downloading the client software.

The only thing I can think of is you might want to check what email address you have paypal set up for. Especially if you didn't get your email from paypal.

I bought a credit with Wotan 2 days ago. Got a confirmation email seconds after I made the payment and the login from Wotan a few minutes after. Easy service to use. First time flasher and the whole process took less than 10 minutes.

i just did wotan not more than 15 minutes ago. paid and got my email within seconds. worked great! sorry your's didn't work out so well. unfortunately you'll have to contact them and wait the 2 days which is how long it usually takes for them to respond.

That's what I'm talking about...Wotan works flawlessly. I don't how any of you complaining screwed it up. WOTAN is excellent service for noob who doesn't want to wait 5-10 hrs for phonexs hack.
