n00b with some questions...

SO yea i am a n00b with a motorola razr v3c. I have been searching for the probably 8 hours straight, ad cant really find any definitive answers. Can the following things be done to the v3c.

-get vibrate and ring options ( vibrate and ring at the same time)
-Send mp3 files straight to my phone.
--(and use them as ringtones)
-Be able to connect to other devices besides headsets
--(Other phones can connect to me but i cant to them)

I have a laptop but it does not have bluetooth, and i will be buying an adapter soon. I also have a usb cable. I have the programs P2K manager, and ringtone editor.

Another question, when i connect my phone to my computer it opens a found new hardware wizard and three choices. All three lead to another screen and it says please insert installation cd. and then either install from cd or from a list. What do i do here? It usually just says "a problem occurred during installation, and then P2K doesnt connect.

Im sorry if i overwhelmed you with stupidity, but yea. Just want a little help.
