Replaced Razr housing and now LCDs don't work

I cracked the front LCD screen glass on my Razr so I bought a whole new housing since the phone was all scratched up anyways. I followed the disassembly directions and got everything switched over but now both LCD screens do not work. The phone powers on and I am able to make calls and but the LCDs will not go on. I have no idea why. Everything looks to be connected correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully the screen's flex connector is not sitted properly.
