Help Newb In Distress

OK OK....Heres the problem i deleted my shortcut for itunes......i was using the seem 0002 0005.........ok so now i deleted my itunes so that i can replace it.......now that i replaced it i tried using another seem to create the shortcut which was 0002 0001 and now everytime i go to the shortcut menu my phone just freezes............someone help before it gets worse.....

ok ok it seems as though my shortcuts were empty cause i deletef all of them and i created another set............but now for example i made a shortcut for setting so its menu and 1 but on the shortcut menu its show 2 setting shortcuts with the same number which is one

its like it has to have two of the same thing in the shortcut folder for it to work properly

i fixed it.yes yes yes.........im no more a newb in distress........i fixed it......its back to normal.....
