Alltel flashed V3m Icons

I recently flashed to Alltel from Verizon (Firmware), and I installed the XP theme with it. Everythings great, but I'd like to left-align the icons. I tried editing the XP.ski with skinner4moto but whenI saved it and loaded it onto my phone, the whole theme was askew (Icons, menus, etc.). Is there an easy way to put the icons where I want them? I can get the position #'s I want from skinner4moto, but can I throw that in the .ski and save it that way? Any input would be great.
