Ringer/vibe stops working at random times.

I have a somewhat strange problem with my Razr. At what seems like random times (could be hours or days) the phone will eventally stop ringing and/or vibrating when recieving a call. Now I have made sure it wasn't switching ring profiles, and made sure the profiles were set up with the correct volume and ring tones. Once it stops ringing/vibrating it doesn't matter what settings you change in the phone it won't ring/vibe. The only way to fix it is to shut the phone down and restart it. After that everything works fine....until the next time it starts to happen.

Does anyone know what might cause this?

Did the phone get wet?

I don't think it got wet, maybe a little sweaty from being in my pocket but not wet. As for the modding, no I didn't do anything to the phone at all since it came out of the box.

I updated the firmware so I will see if that makes this little problem go away. I figured since rebooting the phone fixed the problem when it didn't pop up that it was more likely a software problem rather than the phone hardware.
