click the explore button in the activesync window and copy/paste or drag and drop it to a folder. using a music player such as window media player, open that folder or update library and start playing.

You can also open Windows Media Player 11 and click on "Sync" and it will let you drag and drop files from your library to the section on the right. After you have chosen all the music you want to add to your phone, click on the "Sync" button at the bottom. It might also say "Start Sync"

You don't load Windows Media Player 11 into your phone. You install it on your computer. When you sync your phone with the computer, you click on the sync tab ON YOUR COMPUTER. Then you drag and drop files FROM YOUR COMPUTERS LIBRARY onto the sync list on the right. At the bottom of the sync list is the SYNC BUTTON. When you are done loading the files into the list, click SYNC and the files will be loaded into your memory card on your MDA or similar PDA phone.

ONCE AGAIN, YOU CANNOT LOAD WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER 11 INTO YOUR MDA. ONLY IF YOU HAVE CROSSBOW DO YOU GET AN UPDATE TO WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER FOR POCKET PC.

Thanks, please do not misconstrue my instructions. Lots of time was taken to make sure everything was clear. Please read your manuals and online at microsoft.com to learn how to use windows mobile with media player. It's basic how to in the online manuals. Thanks.
