Conference Calls..I can't be heard.

About half the times I initiate a conference call on my Cingular 2125 (WM5) I can hear perfectly but the other people can't hear me...any ideas?
This has happened on this phone as well as my previous Cingular 2125 and even my two SMT5600s before that.
Is this just a glitch in WM or what?
