Hi
I just got a Vodafone Sharp 703SHf with Japanese firmware and I'm using English interface with T-mobile on the east coast U.S.
Thanks to you guys, I managed to connect T-Zone by using the set up info posted here.
It's working, but when I access My E-Mail in T-Zone, I often get "HTTP Status 500 - No Context configured to process this request. " error.
If I keep trying, it works and I can read my e-mails. Then I encounter this error again.
Anyone ever experienced this error?
Any troubleshooting tips?
I haven't tried to get help from t-mobile because I'm afraid of being told to
get a T-mobile phone.
I searched this problem in this Sharp forum but didn't seem to find it.
I sometimes receive Japanese e-mail and so far Japanese characters are displayed fine via T-Zone.
If you have any solutions to avoid this HTTP Status 500 error, please help me.
Thank you so much!

Hi guys,
Just wanted to report "HTTP Status 500 - No Context configured to process this request. " error with my 703SHf has gone for two weeks and I can access to T-mobile web, read e-mails via POP3 in T-zones's My E-mail.
Opera Mini works well and I can input Japanese characters in e-mail via Gmail or Yahoo Japan Mail etc. and the characters don't get garbled when the message is read on PC and Mac. Google Map etc. work fine with Opera Mini.

Hi
About MMS, unfortunately it's same as most people here.
I can send it out and another person can receive it on his/her phone or on the computer, but MMS sent to me never arrives.

Ultraman666,
After reading your post above, I just tested MMS again. Weird, this time I received an error saying unknown problem and couldn't send it out.
I could receive exactly same MMS on January 27 without any errors.
I didn't change the settings so I don't know why I can't send it today, but I gave up for now.
My previous phone was Siemens SL55 and I liked it a lot even though the resolution is so bad.
But I really like the screen on my Sharp phone now and I'm glad I grabbed it.

How did you manage to get Japanese input AND POP3 email??

>How did you manage to get Japanese input AND POP3 email??
No special tricks.
I installed Opera Mini Japanese language version and I access my main e-mail account via Yahoo Japan Mail.
Then I input Japanese characters and send it out.
The text doesn't get garbled when the other party reads it on PC or Mac.
I can also access my main e-mail account via T-Zones My E-Mail page.
I can view an e-mail that contains Japanese characters fine, but when I input Japanese characters and reply to the sender, the Japanese characters don't get displayed. So if I want to include Japanese characters, I use Opera Mini.
To read and write Japanese, Japanese firmware + Opera Mini Japanese language version + Japanese web mail + T-mobile WAP works on my 703SHf.
If I don't need to include Japanese characters in my reply, accessing to POP3 e-mail in T-Zones My Mail page is fine.

oh, so its going through a webmail interface and isnt a pop3 client. you had me excited for a second. haha

Oh well, sorry scotttttttttt.
I personally wish to have pop3 e-mail client on this phone too.
But I guess most people in Japan just use phone specific e-mails (XXX@softbank.ne.jp, XXX@docomo.ne.jp) on their phone and the cell phone operators don't want to have built-in pop3 e-mail client.
I can be wrong.
