Help With Windows Media

A friend of mine is having trouble making her playlist play through the entire playlist. Once a song ends it just stops. She's also telling me that she can't hold right to fast forward or press right to change songs. I've checked her key config and they seem to be identical to mine. Can somebody provide any info as to how to fix this or what might be causing it.
