It has a full charge, it was working perfect an hour ago, I left it sitting on my desk.. came inside to make a call and nothing happened, so at first I thought I must have just turned it off earlier so I tryed to turn it on and all that happens is the keypad lights up, nothing else, it just stays like that until you pop the battery out. The Phone has never been wet or dropped, its just over a year old, the battery works great and I tryed it with another battery with no luck.

Anyone able to shed some light on this problem? Its really convienent how my warrenty ran out 3 weeks ago.
Should I just take it into the rogers store where I bought it and get it serviced?

The Motorola warranty is based on 15 months from date of manufacture. The carriers only honor the warranty based on 12 months from date of activation. Rogers probably will be of no help. Check with an Authorized service center in your area or contact Motorola.

For what it is worth. The last 2 we had with this issue turned out to be board level issues and the handsets were replaced by Motorola.
